Account Executive

What You Will Do:

  • Sell the Invent Analytics vision for B2B marketing to target accounts.
  • Develop territory plan for your target accounts.
  • Learn and execute challenger sales approach.
  • Generate pipeline in your territory.
  • Win enterprise target accounts within your defined territory.
  • Mentor/train your Sales Development Rep.
  • Work closely with the CRO, Marketing, SDRs, Product and Global Team.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota targets.
  • Negotiate subscription annual contracts with enterprise accounts.
  • Develop accurate forecasts and manage sales activity in Hubspot.

What We Are Looking For:


  • 7+ years in consultancy with leadership roles.
  • 5+ years in Retail/Planning/Merchandising project or business experience required.
  • BS/MS in industrial engineering or related.
  • Expertise in project management, team leadership, and client collaboration.
  • Experience in SQL, R or Python, is a plus.

Performance Metrics:

  • 6 months: Understand company standards, products, and client needs. Start guiding the team independently, offering technical direction.
  • 12 months: Lead all project deliveries, establish staff excellence programs, and foster innovation.
