Associate Manager

For our journey ahead, we are looking to build up our team of bright minds further, and we are looking for a Associate Manager to join our growing team in İstanbul.

About the Role 

As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the clients and the consultant team.
The position requires functioning as an integrator between business needs and analytics solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues
  • Participate in day-to-day client relationships at peer-client levels
  • Help team in utilizing frameworks to design and transform processes and functions impacted by supply chain planning and execution
  • Under supervision, perform complex analysis to determine the product, customer, and channel segmentations and develop inventory stocking strategies across single and multi-echelon distribution networks
  • Support team in designing demand-driven supply chain solutions via our methodologies
  • Lead demand/supply planning solution implementation
  • Aid analytics team in analyzing and improving forecasting and optimization algorithms/solutions
  • Prepare engagement deliverables and presentations
  • Support our value proposition development activities and assist in proposal development

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

  • BSc / MSc degree from a quantitative field such as Industrial, Electric Electronic, or Computer Engineering
  • Consulting experience providing supply chain services
  • Knowledge on supply chain planning issues; i.e. demand and supply planning, S&OP, inventory management, etc.
  • Being curious and open-minded
  • Excellent analytical thinking / problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication/presentation skills, both oral and written
  • Background in Statistics and Operations Research is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Appreciation of team spirit
